Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator and play a key role in supporting individuals and families in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). Under the guidance of our PSH Director, you’ll help create stable, connected, and empowered communities across Los Angeles County.

Multiple Locations Across Los Angeles County (including Baldwin Park, CA 91706)
Compensation- $21.00–$24.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule- Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of community engagement supporting residents, building partnerships, and creating meaningful programs.
• Conduct resident needs assessments and facilitate community meetings
• Connect residents to vital services, including healthcare, employment, and social support
• Develop and implement engaging programs that enhance quality of life
• Build strong partnerships with local service providers to bring resources on-site
• Track program outcomes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with reporting standards
• Support conflict resolution and foster a safe, inclusive living environment
• Plan and coordinate social and recreational activities that build community
The ideal candidate for this role will have….
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
OR 2+ years of experience in social services, community development, or related work
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with seniors, individuals with mental health challenges, or substance use disorders preferred
• Crisis intervention and community engagement experience highly valued
• Knowledge of Los Angeles County resources and public assistance programs
• Experience working with diverse and underserved populations
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HMIS/ICMS experience is a plus
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and partners
