House Manager – Santa Ynez, CA
Pay: $30/hr
AppleOne is seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager to support a private residence in the Santa Ynez area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run household and can manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily household operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Coordinate vendors, service providers, and maintenance schedules
Manage household inventory, supplies, and ordering
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and special events as needed
Handle light administrative tasks such as bill tracking and record keeping
Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained
Act as a point of contact for household staff and external partners
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in household management, property management, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Flexible schedule may be required
