Immediate need for a Hospitality On-Site Service Specialist for our client located in Seattle, WA.
The Hospitality On-Site Service Specialist supports all aspects of meeting room setup, food and beverage service, and kitchen upkeep to ensure a seamless client experience. You will maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and manage day-of-event logistics across conference and office areas.
this role may also assist with administrative and mail services as needed. Must be comfortable in front of people will be a guest-facing position. There will be extensive standing and walking are part of a hospitality job similar to a Banquet Server. Working with dishwasher, coffee machines, as well as will need to have some knowledge of Microsoft products.
Typically Required:
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Some hospitality and office experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
