Job Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Services Coordinator for a contract, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in hospitality, office services, guest services, reception, facilities, or workplace support.
The Hospitality Services Coordinator will help create a polished, welcoming, and well-organized office environment by supporting conference room setups, pantry and kitchen maintenance, visitor office preparation, and backup reception coverage. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle conference rooms for meetings, events, and daily business needs.
- Clean, organize, and maintain office pantries, kitchens, visitor offices, and common areas.
- Provide backup reception support, including greeting visitors and assisting employees and clients.
- Support basic office equipment needs, including printers, copiers, postage machines, and related equipment.
- Move office supplies, materials, and equipment as needed to support office operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adapting to changing priorities and assignments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $21 to $22 per hour, with the current assignment pay listed at $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Job type: Contract, temporary-to-permanent.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Set up, refresh, and break down conference rooms and meeting spaces.
- Maintain pantries, kitchens, common areas, and visitor offices to a high professional standard.
- Provide backup reception and guest services support as needed.
- Assist with office equipment, supplies, and general workplace service requests.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in hospitality, office services, guest services, reception, facilities, copy/print, or a similar support role preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work effectively with employees, visitors, clients, and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to move office equipment and supplies as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality services, corporate office services, facilities support, reception, or copy/print services.
- Experience supporting meetings, conference rooms, client-facing spaces, or professional office environments.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace where priorities may shift throughout the day.
