Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Services Coordinator for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a hospitality, catering, banquet, restaurant, or client services professional who enjoys creating a polished guest experience while supporting meetings and events in a professional legal office environment.

The Hospitality Services Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating meeting spaces, supporting event logistics, greeting clients and vendors, managing communications, and helping ensure a high standard of service throughout the workday. This position offers steady weekday hours, hands-on variety, and the opportunity to grow within a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership and a strong focus on professionalism, client service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and book meetings, events, and related hospitality service requests.
- Greet and assist clients, guests, vendors, and internal team members in a professional manner.
- Set up and break down meeting and event rooms, including moving furniture, linens, and supplies.
- Manage event-related email communication and help ensure timely responses and updates.
- Track inventory, service volume reports, quarterly activity, and related administrative details.
- Maintain clean, organized, and client-ready meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Employment type: Temporary-to-permanent contract opportunity.
- Location: Atlanta, GA.
- Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed for early morning or late evening events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate meeting and event logistics in a professional office environment.
- Support room setup, breakdown, inventory tracking, and hospitality operations.
- Manage client, guest, vendor, and email communication with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized event spaces and deliver a high level of customer service.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years of hospitality, catering, banquet, restaurant, food service, or related experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and business professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a service-focused team.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, moving furniture or linens, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support occasional schedule changes for events.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supervising or leading event setup activities.
- Background in managed services, corporate hospitality, office services, catering, or food service operations.
- Prior experience supporting meetings or events in a professional office, legal, corporate, or client-facing environment.
