Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down food and beverage service for meetings and conferences, stocking and cleaning kitchen and pantry areas, placing food orders, and assisting with event décor. The role also involves restocking and maintaining conference rooms, as well as providing occasional back-up reception support such as answering phones and greeting guests. The position may require lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, with assistance available if needed.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $18 - $19/hr

Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down food and beverage service for meetings and conferences.
• Stock and clean kitchen and pantry areas.
• Place food orders and assist with event décor.
• Restock and maintain conference rooms.
• Provide occasional back-up reception support (answer phones, greet guests).
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs (assistance available).

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; customer service experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well in a team.
