This hospitality-driven position is based in a legal office environment and focuses on delivering exceptional client service while supporting meetings and events. Responsibilities include coordinating and booking events/meetings, managing hospitality services, overseeing inventory and reports, handling email traffic, and physically setting up rooms for meetings and events (including moving furniture and arranging heavy linens).
The role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide professional client-facing service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $17.02 – $21.00 per hour
Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required for early mornings/after hours events)
Dress Code: Business Casual (Black/Navy khakis, comfortable shoes – no athletic shoes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide consistent, high-quality hospitality services for meetings and events.
• Set up and break down conference rooms (tables, chairs, podiums, catered food, linens, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness standards for meeting rooms, kitchens, and event spaces.
• Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors.
• Manage hospitality calendars, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Perform office maintenance tasks (trash removal, kitchen restocking, light cleaning).
• Provide clerical support as needed (copying, mail distribution, shipping/receiving).
• Ensure professional client service at all times.
• Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings as events require.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality, catering/banquet, or restaurant/event services experience preferred.
• Physical ability to move furniture, lift linens, and remain on feet most of the day.
• Experience supervising or assisting with event set-up is helpful.
• Strong business acumen, ideally in managed or food service environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
