Job Title: Hospitality Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Coordinator. You need to ensure smooth and professional experience for clients by managing meeting room setups, food and beverage service, kitchen upkeep, and general office maintenance. This guest-facing role involves extensive walking and standing, and requires a strong focus on customer service, organization, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $21/hr
Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down conference rooms, events, and catered functions
• Maintain and clean kitchens, pantries, coffee machines, and other equipment
• Restock supplies and manage inventory for food, beverages, and meeting room needs
• Provide high-quality food and beverage service, following hygiene standards
• Perform office upkeep: trash removal, light cleaning, and restocking
• May assist with clerical tasks, mail handling, shipping/receiving, and reception duties
• Greet clients, manage hospitality calendar, and ensure professional service
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior hospitality or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with physical activity (standing, walking)
• Basic computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office)
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
