We’re hiring for a freight forwarder in Doral looking to add an experienced Air Export & Import Coordinator to their team.

Must-Haves:

? Experience working for a freight forwarder

? Proficiency in CargoWise

? Bilingual English/Spanish


What You’ll Do:

• Manage air import & export shipments from A–Z

• Handle bookings, routing, and shipment coordination

• Prepare Air Waybills (AWBs) and required documentation

• Provide air cargo quotes and rate support

• Track shipments and communicate updates to clients

• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and customers

• Ensure compliance with customs and international regulations

• Maintain accurate records and billing support in CargoWise
