We're hiring an Admission Representative for a University in the DeLand, FL area. If you have a minimum of an Associates Degree and experience in banking, inside sales, heavy phone customer support we encourage you to apply. A minimum of an Associate Degree is required.
Must pass background, drug screen, and education verification.
Rotational Schedule: 1 month Mon-Fri / 1 month Tues-Sat
Work Hours: Mondays 10am-7pm / Tues-Thurs between 10am-7pm & 11am -8pm / Fri & Sat 9am-6pm
Pay Rate: $21.61/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending the University.
Use the phone to contact prospective students.
Make at least 100 phone calls per day.
Use multiple technologies to communicate with prospective students.
Meet or exceed the company’s conversion standards for Admissions.
Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources.
Communicate all details related to the particular program of interest to prospective students.
Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.
Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.
Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diplomas and GED transcripts
Work with Registrar to determine if prospective student has the qualifications to attend.
