Role is located in Camarillo, CA and 100% onsite.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree is a huge plus
Certifications is a huge plus
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Help Desk support or equivalent technical training.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of LAN hardware such as servers, hubs, and routers.
Experience with network and local printer maintenance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Perform system and network maintenance, including local area network (LAN) support and printer administration.
Pay:
$23-$26 DOE
Schedule:
M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Role is 100% onsite
