Join Our Team as a Customer Care Support Specialist!
Location: Sandy, UT | Pay: $22/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM for training and an 8 hour shift between 6am-6pm after training | Start Date: 1/5/2026
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Care Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with scheduling, technical support, and benefits inquiries. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional in-person, phone, and email support to clients
Assist with scheduling medical appointments, verifying insurance, and answering benefits questions
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient issue resolution
Maintain accurate records while complying with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a professional, empathetic approach
Manage multiple computer applications on a few monitors all at different times, headsets, and office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to sit for 4–8 hours and maintain focus during long periods
Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
Must pass drug screen and background check
No misdemeanors or felonies
Verification of education and last five years of employment
100% attendance during training
