**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, source, and screen healthcare professionals to fill open positions
- Build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviews and onboarding
- Develop creative strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
**Details:**
- Location: San Luis Obispo area
- Pay: $30-$35/hr, depending on experience
