We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Office/Receptionist Supervisor to lead client's Front Desk Team. If you have a knack for organization, a passion for patient care, and the ability to inspire and manage a team with empathy, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

*Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of medical receptionists, ensuring high standards of performance and patient care.

*Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient and accurate booking for patients.

*Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

*Training: Conduct training sessions for new receptionists and ongoing development for existing staff.

*Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and record keeping.

*Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

*Empathy: Foster a compassionate and understanding environment, ensuring patients feel heard and cared for.

YOU ARE ALREADY GREAT AT THESE:

*Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

*Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical receptionist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

*Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in medical office software and systems.

*Attributes: Ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, and maintain a positive attitude. A passion for patient care, team collaboration, and empathy.
