Position Summary
We are seeking a Network Strategy & Business Analysis Manager responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data and market trends, and designing plans that align with organizational goals. This role leads and coordinates effective strategies for health services network management at both local and international levels, with a strong focus on service quality, process improvement, and contractual compliance. The position serves as a key liaison between providers, delegated entities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and strategic network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional internal assessment processes and collaborate with operational areas to develop strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Collect, analyze, and interpret detailed data from various sources to support decision-making and strategic reporting.

Evaluate provider initiatives related to contracting, compensation, and corporate operations, offering recommendations based on data analysis.

Negotiate contractual agreements with vendors and providers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.

Monitor and document the progress of strategic initiatives from evaluation through implementation.

Review provider and network utilization and performance reports, contributing to action plans and continuous improvement efforts.

Actively participate in meetings with internal teams, providers, clients, delegated entities, and vendors to present trends, projections, and strategic insights.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of network strategies, including presentations for internal and external clients, prospects, providers, and vendors; managing RFP processes; and overseeing special projects.

Monitor the performance of network management vendors and delegated entities using operational and financial indicators, leading performance reviews and corrective action plans when necessary.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of health service issues, quality improvement initiatives, and member satisfaction.

Provide relevant insights and data on delegated entities to support business goals and objectives.

Lead the relationship with U.S.-based and other regional network vendors, coordinating meetings, managing conflicts, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Health-related fields.

At least five (5) years of experience performing analytical tasks, managing healthcare tariffs, network management, contract negotiation, and healthcare economics.

Proven experience analyzing contracting models required.
