We are seeking a Health Services Network Strategist to play a key role in developing, analyzing, and implementing strategies that strengthen our health services network at both local and international levels. This position will collaborate across departments, providers, and delegated entities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, contractual compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional assessments and develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business decisions and strategic reporting.

Evaluate provider initiatives related to contracting, compensation, and operations, offering actionable recommendations.

Support negotiation of contractual agreements with vendors and providers, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Monitor and document progress of strategic initiatives from evaluation through implementation.

Review provider and network utilization reports, contributing to continuous performance improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate trends, projections, and insights.

Manage the end-to-end implementation of network strategies, including RFP processes, client presentations, and special projects.

Monitor the performance of vendors and delegated entities through operational and financial indicators, leading follow-up actions as needed.

Provide key insights to support decision-making, quality improvement, and member satisfaction.

Lead relationships with U.S.-based and international network vendors to ensure strategic alignment and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience in healthcare network strategy, provider relations, or operational analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.

Knowledge of healthcare contracting, provider network operations, and regulatory compliance.

Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
