Great hybrid opportunity for a full-time Enterprise Account Manager with a strong focus on Sales Engineering and Data Analysis to join high-performing team. This role reports directly to the Manager of Account Management and works in close collaboration with a team of Enterprise Account Executives who will support day-to-day sales priorities.
Looking for a strategic, data-driven individual who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about driving results. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll serve as both a trusted technical adviser and a strategic portfolio analyst. You'll be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify high-impact opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell always with a focus on ROI-driven prioritization. Your insights will directly contribute to customer growth and satisfaction, helping clients make the most of their investment while fueling revenue acceleration. This role is also a vital connector between the external sales team and internal departments including training, marketing, customer success, and product. From onboarding through implementation and ongoing support, you’ll ensure a seamless experience that drives long-term success. This position offers the chance to make a measurable impact while advancing your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Engineering, or a similar role. A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong Excel skills and experience using data to drive business decisions. Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
