We are actively seeking HVAC professionals with 5+ years of experience across installation, piping, service, and repair to support continued growth. This is an opportunity to work on a mix of high-end residential and light commercial projects, including advanced systems and custom installations.

HVAC Service Technicians
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of service calls
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspect system components, and identify potential issues before failure
- Communicate clearly with clients on findings, repairs, and recommendations while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Piping Installation Mechanics
- Install and layout HVAC piping systems, including refrigerant lines, hydronic piping, and related components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Collaborate with installation teams to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards

VRF & Geothermal Technicians
- Install, service, and maintain advanced VRF and geothermal HVAC systems in high-end residential and light commercial settings
- Troubleshoot complex system controls, zoning, and low-voltage wiring for multi-zone applications
- Ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency, performing diagnostics, commissioning, and system optimization
