Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a skilled commercial HVAC professional with strong installation, service, and repair experience who is looking for long-term stability, steady work, and the support of a well-organized field service environment.

The HVAC Technician will work on commercial systems, diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, perform installations, and support customer sites with reliable, high-quality service. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who values teamwork, professional leadership, and a clear path to continue building a career in the HVAC trade. A company vehicle is provided, and candidates must be willing to join the union.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues and complete accurate repairs in the field.
- Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance, safety, and reliability.
- Read and interpret service tickets, equipment information, and technical documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding job status and repair recommendations.
- Follow safety procedures, trade standards, and quality expectations on all job sites.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $76,960 to $81,120 per year.
- Company vehicle provided.
