HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our clients' growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You’ll work closely with customers to provide high-quality service and ensure optimal system performance.

$20-$35/hour

Location: Casselberry

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration units
• Install HVAC equipment and components as needed
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and light Industrial HVAC Systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or on-call shifts as needed
