HVAC Service Technician (Bilingual – Spanish/English) – Seattle, WA

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $25/hr

We are currently seeking a bilingual, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is open to Seattle residents only. We need someone who speaks Spanish as a second language to help us better serve our Spanish-speaking customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, service, and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Troubleshoot furnaces, coils, condenser units, and related HVAC equipment.

Safely operate hand and power tools while following OSHA standards.

Provide clear, professional service recommendations to customers, including Spanish-speaking clients.

Complete tasks on time and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and integrity at all times.

Attend weekly training and development meetings.

Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a Seattle resident (applications from outside Seattle will not be considered).

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Professional appearance with strong communication skills.

Organized, efficient, and dependable with a positive attitude.

Passionate about the HVAC trade and customer service.

Ability to work well with teammates and supervisors.

Licenses & Certifications (required or preferred):

EPA 608 Certification (required).

Washington State 06A Electrical Trainee or 06A Specialty Electrician License (required or ability to obtain).

HVAC/R technical degree or certification from an accredited program (preferred).

NATE Certification (preferred but not required).

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Must pass pre-employment screening.
