?? Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
?? Travel: Less than 10% required (company services clients worldwide)

Compensation & Benefits:
?? Salary: $80,000-$100,000+ with commission

Job Summary:
As a Service Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring service plans while managing the service department. You'll be on the front lines, directly engaging with customers onsite and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
?? Strong electrical know-how (high & low voltage, drives systems, PLC programming)
?? Hands-on field service experience a must
?? Leadership skills to train, assign, and mentor service staff & field engineers
?? Experience with SolidWorks, Office 365, Honeywell, Allen Bradley, and more
?? Familiar with ISO 9001 procedures (preferred)
?? Excellent communication skills with staff, vendors, and customers

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop & implement service plans and monitor service department performance
? Create preventive maintenance (PM) plans and track service issues
? Organize service requests, troubleshooting, and warranty parts shipments
? Sales support: quoting, upgrades, and test equipment prior to shipment
? Customer relations: Build strong relationships, handle troubleshooting, and provide training on new technologies
? Field support: Supervise field installations and plan engineering services
? Continuous improvement: Report back to Engineering and analyze service failures

Education & Experience:
?? 5+ years of related work experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
?? Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs and navigate mechanical structures
??? Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
