What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Partner with leadership to drive engagement and performance initiatives.
Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
Support safety programs and training for field and office staff.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
