Seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with efficacy and efficiency.



ADDITIONAL MUST-HAVES:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in human resources or related role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude.
* Experience with ADP Workforce Now - Performance module, benefits administration, and multistate payroll.


HUGE PLUS:
* Experience with project management software.




JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Hiring employees and processing hiring-related paperwork.
* Using HR management systems and application tracking software to recruit and onboard talent while also preparing and maintaining employment records.
* Establishing partnerships with universities, colleges, trade schools.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.
* Managing employee engagement activities and events, including safety and wellness committee and employee recognition program.
* Handling additional role related duties, as needed.
