The Role
We’re looking for a skilled HRIS & Benefits Administrator to manage Dayforce HRIS/HCM systems and administer employee benefits across a multi-state environment. You’ll support system configuration, reporting, compliance, and employee engagement while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Dayforce HRIS/HCM and benefits programs
Support Open Enrollment, leave management, and vendor coordination
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance
Assist employees with benefit navigation and system use
Collaborate across teams and vendors to resolve issues and enhance systems
What You Bring
3+ years in HRIS and benefits administration (Dayforce experience required)
Experience in multi-state HR operations (CA/OR/WA preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and data management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
5+ years Dayforce experience across multiple modules
Background in banking, financial services, or union environments
HR certifications or formal training
