What You’ll Be Doing
Leave of Absence (FMLA, ADA, WC):
• Coordinate and administer employee leave programs in compliance with federal/state regulations
• Guide employees through the leave process and serve as a point of contact throughout
• Track leave cases, maintain accurate records, and generate reports
• Support return-to-work coordination and accommodations
Workers’ Compensation:
• Manage workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution
• Act as liaison between employees, medical providers, and insurance carriers
• Track employee work status and assist with light duty or return-to-work plans
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
Benefits Support:
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions
• Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration
• Help communicate deadlines, updates, and available resources to employees

What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of HR experience (leave administration, benefits, or workers’ compensation preferred)
• Understanding of FMLA, ADA, and/or workers’ compensation processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
• Excellent communication and employee support skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
