We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Representative to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for supporting HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.

-Assist with HR administrative functions including personnel files, time and attendance, and HRIS updates.

-Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.

-Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

-2+ years of HR experience


Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (SAP, Workday, or similar).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
