A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and post job advertisements on various platforms. Duties?/?Responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
Create compelling and detailed job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with company culture.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure a successful hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, fostering long-term relationships with top talent.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and deadlines.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
Skills?/?Requirements?/?Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically ranging from 1-3 years.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate job offers and employment terms effectively, ensuring alignment with company standards and candidate expectations.
Knowledge of Employment Laws: Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in hiring practices.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
