We’re seeking a reliable and personable HR Regional Coordinator to join a supportive and close-knit HR team that values collaboration, clear communication, and making a positive impact on employee experiences. This role is based locally in Renton, WA (preferred) and supports onboarding and HR operations across multiple locations in the Western U.S.
Important Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must reside locally in or near Renton, WA and be able to work 100% onsite as required
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience within the United States is mandatory; experience gained exclusively outside the US will not meet this requirement

What You’ll Do
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees across the region, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start
- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable HR resource for new hires and managers
- Keep onboarding materials current and continuously seek ways to improve the new hire experience
- Coordinate logistics with IT, Facilities, and other departments to prepare for new employees
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership to maintain consistent onboarding practices across multiple locations
- Provide occasional support in other regions and travel as needed for site visits and events
- Maintain confidentiality and escalate any complex HR matters to leadership
Who You Are
** You bring at least 2 years of HR administration, onboarding, or recruiting coordination experience in the US
- Your communication skills are clear and empathetic, making you approachable for new employees
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- You have experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
- You’re local to the Renton area and open to some travel within the region and beyond
- You understand the importance of professionalism and confidentiality in HR
Nice to Haves
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or remote teams
- Familiarity with onboarding software and workflow tools
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
Work Environment
- Based in a regional office with a dedicated workspace
- Primarily in-office to support onboarding, training, and team collaboration
- Travel for onboarding and company events across the region and occasionally other states
- Some lifting of onboarding materials (up to 30 lbs)
