Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are looking for an accomplished HR generalist with 8–10 years of experience as the head of HR, someone who thrives in a hands-on role and excels across the full employment life cycle—from talent acquisition to offboarding and everything in between.

As the HR Manager, you will lead and execute on all core human resources functions, with strategic responsibility for payroll, benefits, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and more. This role supervises HR staff and works closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, retention, and separation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees across departments
• Drive initiatives in employee engagement, DEI, performance management, learning & development, and recognition
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with global HR counterparts and ensure alignment with global HR strategies
• Manage and support HR staff to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally as head of HR
• Stable and reliable work history (minimum 4–5 years per role)
• Proven success managing all facets of HR in a U.S.-based corporate environment
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong communication and coaching skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits strategy
• Limited domestic travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in manufacturing or technology environments
• Familiarity with global HR coordination or multi-country HR support
