Human Resources Manager
We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Support leadership with HR policy guidance, conflict resolution, and compliance
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and employee relations
Proven experience in HR management roles
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus)
