Are you ready for the opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic company? We are currently seeking a skilled, self-motivated, bilingual Spanish HR Manager to join our company! As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and serve as a crucial support system for all human resources activities encompassing recruitment, compliance (including DOT regulations), employee relations, recognition, safety, benefits, and training. A college degree in Human Resources and/or PHR certification is preferred. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of progressive HR-related experience, preferably within a Transportation, warehouse/production environment. Our ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate in both Spanish and English and maintain a strong working knowledge of Multi-State and Federal Labor Law, HR Systems, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Worker’s Compensation. Familiarity with local and state regulations, such as DOT and OSHA, and experience working in a union environment are preferred.
