Are you a systems-savvy HR professional with a passion for driving operational excellence through technology? We’re looking for an HR Manager – HRIS & HR Operations to lead the optimization of our HR systems and processes across multiple subsidiaries.
*What You’ll Do
Own and optimize our HRIS platform (Oracle, Workday, etc.)—from configuration to reporting and automation.
Lead annual HR cycles: performance reviews, compensation planning, open enrollment, and compliance reporting.
Design and implement workflows, dashboards, and automations that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate across HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery and process alignment.
Support audits, internal controls, and compliance reporting with clean, accessible data.
*What You Bring
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on HRIS and operations.
Proven success managing or configuring platforms like Oracle or Workday.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; strong analytical mindset.
Experience in multi-subsidiary or shared services environments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
*Bonus Points For:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Familiarity with system integrations, payroll data flow, and compliance reporting.
