What You’ll Do
* Serving as a trusted advisor on HR policies, benefits, employee relations, and conflict resolution
* Assisting in the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, including conducting audits and maintaining best practices
* Supporting performance management processes, tracking reviews, goals, and employee development plans
* Coordinating and facilitating training and development initiatives to support employee growth
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system
