Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to confidently manage Workers’ Compensation, Leave of Absence, and Benefits? We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and support a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims, including reporting, follow-up, and coordination with carriers
Oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) processes (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.) ensuring compliance and clear communication
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee support
Partner with employees and managers to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Support employee relations, onboarding, and general HR operations

Qualifications:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong hands-on experience with Workers’ Compensation, LOA, and Benefits administration
Knowledge of California labor laws strongly preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
HRIS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
