We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can own day-to-day HR operations while supporting a positive, compliant, and scalable employee experience. This is a well-rounded role with exposure across the full HR lifecycle.

What you’ll do

Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Support employee relations, including handling questions and resolving issues
Partner with leadership on performance management and coaching
Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with recruiting coordination and hiring processes
Help drive HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements

What we’re looking for

3–6+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Comfortable handling sensitive situations with discretion
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
