Human Resources Generalist
Work Schedule - first 30 days of training: 8:30AM-5PM then 7AM-4PM
Bilingual Spanish (Ideal) and Manufacturing Industry HR experience required
Will start temp but open to D/H candidates who can start immediately (to take off market especially if already engaged in an interview process on their own).
Strong experience being able to jump in as onsite HR Leader's support as needed!
Position Overview
Serves as on-site HR lead supporting workforce management and daily HR operations
Oversees full employee lifecycle from recruiting through termination
Partners closely with site leadership to ensure compliance, engagement, and performance excellence
Key Responsibilities
Coach supervisors on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (including PAGA and prevailing wage)
Assist with health & safety programs, training coordination, and employee relations
Administer employee lifecycle activities (hiring, promotions, corrective action, terminations)
Maintain and manage HRIS records (ADP experience preferred)
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Support Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding (direct hires and contract labor)
Help develop and implement HR policies, standard work, and governance processes
Support compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and record keeping
Qualifications
2–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
Experience supporting hourly workforce in manufacturing, construction, or similar environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience in startup or high-growth environments where policies are evolving
Hands-on, visible HR partner comfortable working onsite with operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
