We’re seeking an HR Generalist who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about supporting employees across diverse regions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a key HR contact for regional teams across several states.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention
Assist with compensation reviews, benefits administration, and HRIS updates
Contribute to global HR projects including DEI, talent development, and organizational change
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or construction-related environment
Strong understanding of employment laws across different regions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
