We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing various HR processes, training programs, and talent acquisition support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

?? Pay Rate: $22/hr
??? Contract Length: 10 months
?? Schedule: Hybrid – Flexible hours with coverage mainly Monday to Thursday (heavy days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Typical coverage needed between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, up to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and post requisitions in SuccessFactors and job boards
• Copy and maintain the job description database
• Manage candidate movement through SuccessFactors
• Schedule interviews via Outlook/Teams and send confirmations
• Follow up on interview evaluation forms
• Ensure timely processing of offer packets and initiate background checks
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and screens for selected (entry-level) roles
• Hire candidates in SuccessFactors and ensure payroll processing
• Assist candidates with travel arrangements and reimbursements
• Facilitate development, implementation, and documentation of employee training to ensure compliance with corporate and site policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with EHS staff to support training and development activities
• Assess training gaps, assign training as needed, and maintain training systems and records
• Participate in audits to demonstrate required training completion
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar support role within talent acquisition, training, or fast-paced support function
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and technical skills
• SuccessFactors, SAP, and Computer-Based Training module expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
• Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
