Our client is a respected financial institution, is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and programs across departments.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time, including timekeeping, deductions, and adjustments.
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies.
Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and benefits compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

2–4 years of HR experience, including direct payroll and benefits administration
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Paycom).
