We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our candidates and new employees. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the candidate care team and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Location: 893 S. Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22-24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Interview Suites: Oversee the preparation of interview suites to ensure a professional and comfortable environment for candidates.
• Day 1 New Employee Experience: Assist with Day 1 orientation for new employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to begin their journey with us.
• I-9 Verifications: Help verify I-9 forms for new employees to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Candidate Reimbursements: Process and complete reimbursements for candidate expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support for Candidate Care Team: Provide administrative support, coordinate events, and assist with various tasks as needed to support the candidate care team.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
