Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Organize employee training sessions, manage training materials, and track participation.
• Track performance review processes and assist managers with evaluation procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Contribute to HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for internal use.
• Stay current on HR best practices and regulatory updates.
• Foster a respectful and professional workplace culture.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
