TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a construction company in Fresno. You will work closely with the HR Director and team to help develop, implement, and execute HR initiatives. You will be required to have a strong understanding of all core HR functions and the ability to oversee and manage processes. Some duties include executing personnel policies/procedures, process improvement, support leave management, talent acquisition, recruitment, training/development initiatives, employee relations, confidentiality, short-term projects and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other HRIS systems
• Strictly maintain confidentiality
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong people skills to interact effectively and professionally with all employees and
levels of management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
combined with a thorough understanding of the HR processes.
• Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced environment.
