HR Generalist

We're seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join a growing company. You'll play a pivotal role in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.

What You'll Do:
Partner with managers on recruitment strategies and candidate selection
Conduct applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain and update employee personnel records
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and compliance regulations
Assist with training and development initiatives
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines
Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
A passion for employee engagement and creating a positive work environment

Bonus Points:
SHRM-CP or other HR certification
Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives
