Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive organizational success through people-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, vision, and integrity to oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.

Advise senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Manage compensation and benefits strategy, including regular benchmarking and vendor management.

Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Handle complex employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.

Partner with department heads to support change management and organizational development efforts.

Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.

Experience working in a multi-site or international organization.
