• Must be willing to thoroughly learn federal and state drug testing regulations.
• Must have 3-5 years of data management experience including the organizing and filing of both physical and digital documents. This position predominantly handles physical documents. This is a requirement of the Department of Transportation’s regulations to comply with federal drug testing programs.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications and have familiarity with using an HRIS system.
• Must possess excellent critical thinking and auditing skills, and the willingness to pay close attention to detail on work related projects.
• Must have exemplary customer service and problem resolution skills. Must be able to take the initiative to establish positive working relationships with the District’s management staff and vendors.
• Must be willing to work collaboratively and be a team player.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
