We are looking for a Front Desk Member Services Coordinator with human resources experience to join a government organization in Valley Center, CA! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with employees and the public, supporting HR functions, and coordinating member service programs. Full time, Monday-Friday $23-27/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing excellent customer service to employees, members, and visitors.

Assist in the day-to-day administration of benefits, service programs, membership enrollment, and related services.

Support HR functions by processing personnel actions, payroll changes, leave requests, and benefits enrollments.

Maintain accurate, confidential HR and member service files and records.

Manage communications, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes for employees.

Ensure compliance with government policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.


Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in member services, front desk operations, and human resources support.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
