Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR and payroll operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in the HR field. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred to support our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll (Primary Focus):

Collect and verify timesheets, including overtime, PTO, and leave hours.
Enter payroll changes (new hires, terminations, pay rate updates, deductions).
Process regular and off-cycle payrolls; reconcile payroll reports.
Maintain payroll records and respond to employee pay/tax inquiries.
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data.
Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (equipment, accounts, orientations).
Track PTO and leave balances; assist with benefits enrollment and updates.
Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, PTO, turnover); assist with audits.
Recruiting Support:

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Communicate with candidates and conduct background/reference checks.
General Administration:

Monitor the HR inbox and resolve routine inquiries.
Maintain compliance postings, update rosters, and manage vendor documentation.
