We’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
Support recruiting efforts (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Help administer benefits, leave tracking, and compliance documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Partner with HR leadership on projects and process improvements
Qualifications
3+ years of HR coordination or HR support experience
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience in high-volume or multi-site environments
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
