We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator, for an electronics and thermal solutions company. Entry-level HR Payroll Coordinator (non-management). Own accurate payroll processing, maintain HR records/HRIS, post jobs, schedule interviews, and support on boarding/off boarding. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with spreadsheets. Payroll/HRIS experience, ready to hire now!!!
Payroll (primary):
Collect/verify time sheets and approved hours (OT, PTO, leaves).
Enter payroll changes (new hires, terminations, pay rate updates, deductions, garnishments).
Process regular and off-cycle payrolls; reconcile pre/post-payroll reports.
Maintain payroll records; respond to employee pay/tax questions.
HR-Administration:
Maintain personnel files and HRIS data integrity; ensure I-9/E-Verify completion and retention.
Support on boarding/off boarding (checklists, accounts, equipment, orientations).
Track PTO/leave balances; help with benefits enrollment and changes.
Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, PTO, turnover) and assist with audits.
Recruiting Support:
Conduct resume screens, coordinate interviews, and handle candidate communication.
Run background/reference checks per policy.
General Admin:
Monitor the HR inbox; route and resolve routine requests.
Maintain compliance postings, roster updates, and vendor paperwork.
